Aashish Srivastava has an experience of more than 16+ years in legal services. His practice covers General Corporate & Commercial Legal Advisory, Corporate & Commercial Dispute Resolutions- Litigations & Arbitrations, Financial Fraud & Crimes, Technology & Investment Advisory. He regularly advises and represents Indian & international investors, corporates, Govt. PSUs, HNIs etc. He is also a mentor to a number of start- ups, social entrepreneurs as well as non-profit organizations in India. He is currently empanelled with several Government Bodies/Institutes and Corporates and appear before Delhi High Court, NCLT, CERC & other tribunals/courts in Delhi on regular basis. He is a recipient of Lex Falcon Global Awards India 2024 under the Leading Managing Partner of the Year (Corporate & Transaction Advisory, Fintech & Financial Fraud) in the presence of Attorney General of India, Shri R.   • Advised and represented Government PSUs and Corporates w.r.t commercial & contractual matters.
  • Conducted Legal Compliance Audit for Government PSUs and Corporates.
  • Advised and assisted various Corporates on regulatory approvals and compliances.
  • Advised, assisted & drafted various corporate documents for raising funds from the investors from and outside India.
  • Have advised on various general issues on Corporate Law and drafted agreements like Shareholders and Subscription Agreement, Promoters Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Memorandum of Understandings, Term Sheets and such other corporate agreements.
  • Advised and assisted various start-ups for setting up their business in India and providing legal support for their day to day business and regulatory affairs including their contract, compliance management and
